A New Blog, A New Beginning...

For as long as I can remember books and writing have been my dolce pazzia (sweet madness) and this blog is going to be a place where there will be a lot of talk about, well, words. The whole deal, really, stories, characters, and amazing, funny, moving, fanciful books. If you're a writer, I'd love to know what you're writing. If you're a reader, please, let's dish!

As for me, this isn't my first blogging experience (blog articles make up a pretty big part of my freelance writing business), but it is my first real attempt at exposing readers to my voice and my upcoming books. Yep, that's right! I've made a commitment to myself to put the finishing touches on the novels I have going and to self publish. Eeeek!


I'm hoping this blog will be a witness to my journey and a way to, hopefully, share it with others (and to learn from you!) While many experienced bloggers will tell you that finding a niche is important, this particular blog isn't starting out that way. Down the road I may find a natural, organic focus but for the time being it's going to be a little bit o' everything around these parts. Pretty, sparkly and maybe even profound. Stay tuned!
